Gift Vouchers can be used for either participating in a class or for purchasing any of the bread making supplies I have available. Standard selection in the online store is for class value. For a voucher of a lesser or different value please contact me.

Maree runs introduction classes for beginners and sometimes offers sessions covering more advanced techniques. The classes cover everything you need to get started and continue with confidence. Comprehensive notes, ongoing support and advice is offered.
What is in these classes?
Understanding of what Sourdough is
Making a dough from scratch to be baked at home
Shaping, proving and baking dough that has been fermenting before the session so you can see the process.
Fitting baking in with life
Getting the best from your home oven
Understanding starter cultures and keeping them viable
Participants are given starter and a container to take home.
Small class size, max 8 but usually limit to 6. Classes run from 10.00-3.00 unless otherwise stated.
