Introduction to Sourdough Baking Date to be announced

Regular sourdough classes in Gippsland,  learn the craft of making delicious sourdough breads using only flour, water and salt. This is a hands on workshop that covers all elements and steps you need to get started and succeed! Detailed notes and ongoing support for participants. Class covers starters, schedules to fit in with daily life, making the most of your oven, different flours, problem solving and many other aspects. Maree is a trained 'trainer' so can teach as well as bake wonderful sourdough. Small classes with a maximum of 6 participants, $160.00 for the day. Full format for day available on request. Baguettes, Bagels & Batards Sunday 17th March

Along with my regular sourdough classes, come along and learn how to master these slightly more challenging sourdough bread shaping techniques. Shape, bake and learn more about these advanced techniques in this mix of demo and hands on session. We will be shaping and baking baguettes in the traditional way, making bagels from scratch, revisiting shaping techniques for different shaped loaves and high hydration doughs. Previous experience baking and working with sourdough essential. For beginners, book one of my introduction classes to get started. Session will start at 11.00 and go till about 2.00.
