- Understanding of what Sourdough is
- Making a dough from scratch to be baked at home
- Shaping, proving and baking dough that has been fermenting before the session so you can see the process.
- Fitting baking in with life
- Getting the best from your home oven
- Understanding starter cultures and keeping them viable
- Participants are given starter and a container to take home.
- Small class size, max 8 but usually limit to 6.
